  • Where are your Items printed & shipped from?

Our blank garments are sourced from a variety of suppliers and countries. All our garments are sweatshop free.We bring the blank garments to our warehouses in the USA. Where we then print/embroider on them.

  • How long until my items arrive?

Our processing time depends on the size of your order.Each product we send is uniquely hand printed specifically for you.It takes us about 1-5 days of production to prepare/craft your items before we ship them.Unlike other Anime "brands" we do not drop-ship from China. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times:

Returns & Exchanges

  • What if my item doesn't fit and I want to size up/down?

14-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We want you to love your gear! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return or exchange.

How to start a return: To keep things simple and fast, please reach out to us directly via our Instagram: anistyle_shopping. Just send us a DM with your order number and a photo of the item.

Your Options: Once we process your request, we offer two flexible solutions:

  1. Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund back to your original payment method.
  2. Special Discount: If you'd like to try a different size or design, we can offer you a high-value discount code for your next order (often the best choice if you want to keep the original item as a gift!).

Note: Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • I don't like the item and want to refund it, what do I do?

Don't like your item? No problem, we have a hassle free 7 day refund window.  Simply navigate to our returns portal and submit a refund request. We will then send you instructions on sending back the items for an full refund to your original payment method.

  • My item arrived damaged/incorrect what do I do?

In the rare case that your item arives either incorrect or damaged, contact us immediately and we will arrange a reshipment ASAP.

Washing & Care

  • How do I take care of my printed/embroidered Item?

You can throw your shirts and hoodies in the wash, they enjoy the bath and love the water.Just make sure that:

They are turned inside out (print/design on the inside).

They are washed with similar colors.

They are not washed at more than 30°C/90°F.

They are not bleached.

Try avoid drying them with a machine, heat and cotton are not nice friends.

To iron - Turn the shirt inside out and iron on the backside.

  • What if my item gets damaged in the wash?

In the rare case that your item gets damaged in the wash and instructions were followed, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. However keep in mind that any order over 30 days old will not be eligible for a replacement.
